Seven West All Tracks Article - Off Road with the Offspring
Back in February Seven West Media reached out for input on an article of Keeping Kids Safe whilst 4WDing. Richard had written a nice little article, which Seven West had published in The West Australian Outdoor Explorer page. Click on the image above or this link to the original online article Its been a great way to promote our Club and the 4wding community and safe ways to travel with young children.

Tech - Replacing a starter motor on a UZJ100 4.7 V8
A few weeks after the trip from Joel to Mundaring where I tried to go through the water hole, the engine didn’t want to start. After reading up on wat it could be, it turned out it was the starter motor. Easy to do, so I thought. More reading on IH8MUD forum was required and it turned out that the starter motor in the V8 engine is located between the banks under the intake manifold. After deciding I would do it myself, I looked at getting the starter motor. As it is in an imp

Tech - How to wash your 4wd after a beach trip
I thought I would write a little article about “How to wash your 4wd after a beach run”. My target audience for this article is the “newer” or lesser experienced 4wder, this is the way I would normally wash my 4wd. No, I’m not talking about spraying the car, washing it with car wash and you're done, I’m talking about under the car and places you never thought to wash. The Chassis Rail Before I start, the first thing I want to mention is, Don’t worry about the look of my chass

He reported that Tailor were on the bite.

Tech Talk- Our Cub Camper Trailer
Story by Don S. Convenience and comfort I think that a camper trailer is a pretty good alternative to a tent. We toured with tents for many years; starting with a 2 person tent on a motorcycle before moving to 4wdriving. Now we tow a rear fold, hard floor camper trailer. Setting up Setting up a tent will require pegs, guy ropes and poles while a camper trailer like a cub requires undoing 4 latches, using a manual winder to open up the trailer, 4 adjustable legs and 2 intern
